End of Life Conversations

You know you should, but can you?

Talking about our end of life can very daunting AND I am going to suggest very satisfying.

Over the years of facilitating the Titirangi Death Café (now closed) the overriding opinion was how much it helped.  And how much easier it was to get on with the rest of your life once you had talked about your death!  There are many and various article appearing encouraging us to talk together with our friends and family.  And to write or record these conversations.

Below are two useful web sites.

http://endoflife.services.govt.nz/

https://www.hqsc.govt.nz/our-programmes/advance-care-planning/

I recommend that you check them out and get started.  If you find you can’t get started, or get started and get stuck, my offer is to partner you with the conversation.

This is based on my experience as a Funeral Celebrant, a lecturer in Funerals and Transitions through Change & Crisis with The Celebrant School, a facilitator of Titirangi Death café for three years and my role as a life (yes) coach.

This is a paid role and is by negotiation.  We can meet at your place or mine.
